Hi! My name is Alaina but I go by Lain. I am a Project Manager by day and coach group fitness classes, listen to fitness podcasts, cook healthy meals, and nerd out on new certifications by night and weekends! I get what its like to have a full time job and juggle a billion things at once, all while trying to stay healthy, happy and balanced!

I am not a believer that everyone needs to spend hours in the kitchen to eat healthy, spend hours in the gym to gain muscle, or spend hours researching fad diets to “get your dream body”. I like SIMPLE. Simple works and simple stays with you for life.



Alaina does the research so I don’t have to. She makes it simple and tells me exactly what needs to be done. All I know is, it works!
